I shot Imagine Dragons last time a few years back when they played at Apollo here in Manchester. It was around the time they toured their album and Radioactive really made them peak to a certain extent.
It was awesome shooting them at the Arena.
The guys played at Ruby Lounge which is a super small intimate venue, back in 2011, missed them at the time as I was away travelling but catching them at Apollo and then Arena was massive.
The hardcore fans up front by the stage held a sign with ‘ look how far you have come’. You could tell from the boys reactions and spirit on stage that they were loving and savouring every second but also how hard they have worked to be able to play the arena shows.
Awesome set by the boys as ever and amazing fans!
