When I first started my photography business, I realised there were many different roles for me. Not only did I have to learn how to run a business, I had to learn how to work with clients and enjoy it.
I really struggled to find a balance between effective communication, keeping it professional and injecting my personality into it all while not wanting to spend time drafting countless emails.
Over the past few years I started to create and use template emails to streamline correspondence with clients. This felt amazing as I was able to get back to do what I love to do – Taking photos.
