Corporate Photography Training – Delivering Results Behind the Scenes with Under Armour
If you’ve been following my work for a while, you might have noticed that I don’t always share the projects I’m working on.
It’s not for lack of exciting work – quite the opposite. Some of what I do sits behind NDAs (non-disclosure agreements), especially when working with large brands. That means some of the most interesting, impactful projects never actually make it onto my website or socials.
And while that can be a little frustrating at times, it’s also something I take seriously. Trust is a big part of what I do, and protecting a client’s work always comes first.
That’s why I really value the moments I can share.

A Recent Corporate Photography Training Workshop with Under Armour
A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of delivering a corporate photography training workshop with Under Armour, working closely with their Senior Visual Merchandiser and wider VM team.
The focus was very practical- helping the team create stronger, more effective photography for internal communications. The kind of imagery that’s often created quickly, in real working environments, but still needs to look consistent, clear, and on-brand.
We kept things hands-on and relevant to their day-to-day roles. No overcomplicated setups – just simple techniques around composition, lighting, and storytelling that they could start using straight away.
What Matters Most: What Happens After
For me, the real success of any training isn’t just how the session goes on the day – it’s what happens afterwards.
And this is where it gets really rewarding.
The feedback from the team was genuinely great, but even better than that, they’ve already started applying what we covered and are seeing improvements in their internal imagery.
That’s always the goal:
Helping teams feel more confident, more capable, and more consistent in how they communicate visually.

Why Corporate Photography Training Works
Not every business needs a photographer on hand all the time – but every business does rely on strong visual communication.
When teams have the skills to create better imagery themselves, everything becomes more efficient:
- Content gets created faster
- Communication becomes clearer
- Brand consistency improves across the board
- Teams feel more confident capturing what they need, when they need it
It’s a small shift that can make a big difference.
A Small (But Appreciated) Bonus
And on a lighter note – a big thank you to the team for the warm welcome, and for the new jumper and sneakers. Definitely not expected, but very much appreciated!
